Projects Mode

Learn how to use Projects Mode for focused AI assistants and large-scale document analysis.

Projects Mode

Projects Mode allows you to create focused AI assistants for specific notes and tasks by predefining the context. This feature uses cache-augmented generation, giving the AI full access to the long context, enabling it to handle more complex questions and understand different document types. You can include various file types.

  • Expanded file support:
    • Documents (📄): pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, epub, txt, rtf, and many more
    • Images (🖼️): jpg, png, svg, gif, bmp, webp, tiff
    • Spreadsheets (📊): xlsx, xls, csv, numbers
  • Each project keeps its own chat history, which you can save, load, and access as normal.
  • Default AI models gpt-4.1-mini and gemini-2.5-flash for performance and cost-efficiency.
